CITY OF STONNINGTON
As a Property Officer, you’ll be responsible for the administration of property leases, licences and related documentation and assisting with the occupation, acquisition and disposal of Council properties. This includes but is not limited to developing and maintaining databases and registers, management of documents and records, and the coordination of special projects.
We're looking for a motivated and diligent professional with experience in property law, acquisitions and disposals and a qualification in a property management related discipline and relevant experience. Additionally, you’ll need excellent time management skills to program, implement and deliver projects within an expected time frame and budget and well-developed communication skills for creating and developing clear and concise reports, briefs, spreadsheets and registers.
