The Role:

Chameleon Customer Contact is excited to announce that as a result of a rapid team expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated salesperson to lead a team of Kiosk Sales Representatives across Adelaide. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for the supervision and coaching of our high performing sales team, and will have a strong emphasis on driving sales for a well-known and respected, high-exposure, exciting brand within the Australian Market.

  • Industry-leading above Award rate

- Monday to Friday - $23.13 per hour + commissions & bonuses (Adult rate)
- Saturday - $28.89 per hour + commissions & bonuses (Adult rate)
- Sunday - $34.67 per hour + commissions & bonuses (Adult rate)
- An additional 25% loading on standard base rates for casual employment
- Generous weekly travel allowances

  • A supportive, engaging and highly interactive environment
  • Uncapped commission structure ON TOP OF SALARY! Top performers can earn $1,500 - $3,000/month in commissions

About You:

This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated, driven and experienced sales individuals that possess the following:

  • Experience working in direct customer sales;
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers;
  • A high level of motivation and ambition;
  • The desire to reach and exceed targets;
  • The ability to lead and motivate others;
  • The ability to contribute and work as part of a team;
  • Previous experience working in a Kiosk sales environment is highly desirable
  • Must have a valid SA driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • supervising or managing sales teams: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 2 years (Required)

Licence:

  • SA driver's license (Required)

Work Eligibility:

  • Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
