So where does your new role fit into our team?

You will be a part of the onsite JLL Facilities team based in Perth’s CBD. You will be working closely with our client and JLL to provide oversight and continuous improvement of Records Management and Business Support Services, ensuring safe and compliant facilities are always maintained

Here is a snapshot of some of the day-to-day duties required:
Maintain an accurate data base of all records managed through the client records management system
Manage the annual destruction process of physical records
Assist the Administration team with business operations which includes, but is not limited to ordering stationary supplies, managing mail & couriers
Cover the receptionist responsibilities when the receptionist is on a break or sick leave
Assist in the end-to-end move process for all office moves and new employees according to clients’ requirements, including the physical move (boxes, computers etc), phone transfers

This is a Monday - Friday 10 am – 5 pm role.

You’ll be a whizz at coordination and planning and bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL. You will be willing to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well presented & well spoken, and easily build good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.

You will be experienced in administration and be able to work independently while seeing where your role fits within the larger business. With a proven ability to manage complex operational matters daily you will be able to prioritise and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner.
