This busy store is looking for a staff member who enjoys customer service, sales and a great team environment. Down the track, there will be an opportunity to undertake training as an optical dispenser. Doesn't matter whether you are relatively new to the work force or have been working for many years. We welcome all applicants.

You will receive on the job training, with a robust induction program in place to ensure your success.

If you have previous experience in optics or are a qualified optical dispenser, you are encouraged to apply!

In this role you will:

• assist customers select eyewear, sunglasses and accessories, reception, phone bookings. You will need to have a good eye for fashion
• undertake pre-testing - on the job training will be provided
• utliise your listening skills: listen and learn from the optometrists, the clients and your team members
• be required to work 38 hours per week - some weekend work will be involved
• Need to have good results in Year 12 Maths and/or Science

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $42,660.00 – $52,140.00 per year
