About the role:
The position of Arcade Manager reports to the Venue Manager and is responsible for the daily operations of the arcade floor and redemption outlet. You will hire, train and develop your team to create an excellent experience for anyone visiting the venue. You will be in charge of the retail/redemption outlet in the venue and need to stock it with iconic pop-culture products that will make people want to play and win!

What you can bring to the role:

• Experience in arcade and or retail is ideal
• Strong people management skills
• Experience with rostering a team
• Understanding of stock control and ordering processes
• Visual Merchandising would be a bonus
• Ability to think out of the box
