We’re seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser with management experience to join the Perth team. Reporting directly to your Store Manager along with the National Visual Merchandising Manager, your main outcome will be on delivering excellence in store standards and presentation as well as coaching and leading the team in customer experience. 

The Role: 

• Coach and drive a team of 8+ to achieve sales and kpis
• Demonstrate leadership and encourage team engagement 
• Continual development of your teams service approach 
• Build customer loyalty through genuine relationships
• Outstanding store presentation and creative visual appeal 
• Manage store processes, policies and inventory accuracy 

• Strong visual merchandising skills and creativity
• Retail leadership experience with 2+years in a similar position
• Passion for consultative customer service
• Influential leadership style to encourage team to achieve results 
• Effective communication style and confident computer skills 
• Adaptable and approachable team player
