We have an exciting opportunity available for a Supply Planner, based at our Global Headquarters in Collingwood. Reporting into the Supply Planning Manager, the Supply Planneris primarily responsible for the end to end Supply Chain planning and execution across multiple product categories to ensure the right level of stock is maintained in all global warehouse locations to support all channel sales.

To deliver these outcomes, the Supply Planner will utilise total channel forecasts by market, the plan and manage materials, production, and distribution across the global T2 Supply Chain. Additionally, the Supply Planner will support the development of new product innovation to ensure delivery on time in full.

For the relevant categories, the Supply Planner leads the crucial business integration process between external Supply Chain partners and T2’s internal cross-functional stakeholders.

Other Key Responsibilities include:

  • Stock availability.
  • Working capital (inventory) efficiency.
  • Obsolescence minimization.
  • Supply Chain Cost improvement and efficiency.
  • New product innovation delivery.
  • Supply Chain capacity planning and building.
  • Supply Chain lead-time improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will come with the following skills and experience:

  • A tertiary qualification is advantageous, however not essential.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in Supply Chain role preferably within FMCG.
  • Working within a retail or wholesale distributor is desirable.
  • Capability to maintain and drive relationships and partnerships with suppliers.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Operational decision making, using data to drive decision making.
  • Global acumen.
  • Ability to drive execution and focus on the most critical priorities.
  • Efficient work practices and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, in a high paced working environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and a proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders across the business in an effective and timely manner.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Capable of working autonomously and within a team.
  • Technology savvy and adaptable to technology platforms and tools, including ERP, planning systems and advanced MS Excel.
