The Opportunity

As Catalogue Coordinator, you will coordinate the catalogue process right through until print/dispatch for supermarkets nationally. You will work with business teams as well as our production and creative agencies to produce advertising material whilst adhering to timelines/deadlines and following set processes.

In Addition You Will

  • Ensure proactive measures are taken when there are delays in the advertising process
  • Conduct briefs in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations on advertising activity and weekly advertising programs
  • Ensure that accurate records are maintained


About You

To be a successful Catalogue Coordinator, you must have execeptional attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will bring the ability to implement change to achieve best practice and bring an agile mindset to ensure you can pivot when changes occur. You will be proactive and have the ability to identify and manage conflicts when they occur and be able to handle them autonomously. In addition, you will enjoy working in a busy, varied and fast paced role where flexibility will also help set you up for success.

In addition to your skills and experience above, you will also have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
  • Intermediate Excel, word, powerpoint skills
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
