You will assist the Store Manager in managing the Darwin store with a strong focus on success through your leadership and management operations for the growth in the store. You will assist in being vital to inspiring and leading by example a high achieving team that is knowledgeable and provides customer service that is second-to-none.

The duties you will need to demonstrate are:

• Giving customers that unbeatable service you live and breathe.
• Supervising successful and inspired teams.
• Selling with a professional edge that gets results.
• Going above & beyond to identify ways to further advance store.
• Partnering with the Store Manager and team in achieving store KPIs.
• Proactively working alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and find ways to improve efficiency and service.
• Providing high standards in stock management & shrinkage.
• Effective & trusted communication across team.
• Using your creative side to merchandise.
