Job description

- Create and maintain strong relationships with all concessions, acting as the key point of contact for any vendor questions and/or requests
- Provide operational support to vendors in relation to staffing, training, and return policies
- Liaise between concessions and internal marketing department regarding promotional and marketing opportunities
- Customer service queries - respond to queries and implement / communicate new polices and initiatives to support the delivery of customer service concession management within stores
- Attend new store and refurbishment Cross Functional Team meetings
- Create weekly sales reports and communications that are personalized to each concession brand
- Real Estate Development - work with vendors and Concessions Manager to ensure new fit outs provide best outcome for the business. Oversee exits/new brand installations and advise of floor plan changes to ensure reports are kept up to date.

Profile

- Demonstrated experience in an Operations, Planning/Buying, Store Management (or similar) role
- Demonstrated experience within Retail industry preferred
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience negotiating contracts and terms of business with suppliers and vendors
- Highly developed communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and maintain and strengthen vendor relationships
- An analytical mindset with a strong understanding of how retail operations work
- Experience working within a complex and multi-faceted business and ability to work cross functionally
