As a Retail delivery assistant, you will aid and support to the Retail Design Managers in executing our Design & Delivery strategy to efficiently deliver inspirational retail design outcomes that exceed our customers’ expectations.

Your opportunity

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Assist with completing Inspection reports, 
  • Update and manage the shop photo library, contacts, and design documents.
  • Prepare inspiration presentations for retailers and their designers, and any internal Scentre Group presentations
  • Assist RDM team to ensure shops designs and shop improvements are inspirational, relevant and deliver on the product and tenancy visions in the Strategic Asset plans
  • Attend and participate in the asset meetings and design reviews
  • Managing design process in minor improvements and voluntary works
  • Ensure shop designs adhere to Design Companions, Design Requirements and any relevant Precinct Specific Design Criteria
  • Issue drawings to construction for pricing and liaise with retailers to facilitate the works
  • Assist to manage the quality of the build with shopfitters and Retail Delivery Coordinator

  • Degree/Diploma in Design/Interior Design/Architecture or a student in process of studying design/architecture Good organisational and communication skills
  • A collaborative manner with the ability to work in a team Hard working with a hunger to learn and can-do approach
  • Proven ability to present visual concepts, layouts and hand sketches PowerPoint skills
  • Possess excellent problem-solving communication skills and interpersonal relationship-building skills
