About the Role:

My client is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to join this well-established store, offering the latest in eye care technology and eyewear. Supported by a small professional, friendly team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all operations of the store.

What you'll need:

• Experience of managing a retail or hospitality team
• Proven sales skills & experience in leading sales teams to achieve budget
• Ability to coach, lead, inspire and engage your team
• A passion for delivering the highest possible service
• Strong operational skills with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
• Experience in jewellery and or accessories a bonus
