We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic Store Manager at our Gungahlin store.

The Role

You will have the ability to decide on profit-growing strategies, the best way to lead your team and how you bring the best value and the best variety to your customers. You will lead from the front and 'thrive on chaos'.

The ideal candidate:
Extensive leadership experience within big box/large format volume retailer
Strong business acumen & P&L exposure
Ability to empower & mentor team into future leaders
Performance management experience
High volume stock management skills
