The Role

• Ensure efficient operation of your store to drive results in sales targets, KPI’s, VM standards, stock levels, wage control and shrinkage
• Motivate, inspire & lead your team to achieve optimal results
• Monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly & yearly targets
• Acknowledge outstanding results & identify any areas for improvement
• Recruit, train & develop your sales team together
• Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation

The Candidate:

• Extensive retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
• A proven track record in driving sales, KPI’s & team performance
• Passion for effective leadership & the ability to inspire a team to succeed
• A motivated & driven individual with a positive ‘can-do” attitude
• Someone who is operationally efficient with stock control & setting high standards in visual merchandising
• Experienced in effectively managing a roster & wage budgets
• The ability to think strategically to identify opportunities
