    As the Fresh Deli Manager you will lead, coach and support a team of 10+, to deliver on quality, presentation, customer expectations and sales targets.

    About The Role
    • Lead, motivate and coach the Fresh Team
    • Collaborate with the wider leadership team
    • Develop effective rosters along with projection planning for peak periods
    • Achieve daily compliance and activity reporting
    • Support the Store Manager to deliver a great customer experience
    Skills & Experience:
    • Experienced retail manager with exposure to a highly regulated environment
    • Previous success in leading and developing a diverse team
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Passion for visual merchandising and stock control
    • Fresh grocery experience prefered but not essential
