As the Boutique Manager you will be the face of the brand, a hands on leader and a dedicated and driven salesperson. You will be required to drive and lead your sales team, maintaining merchandising standards, stock control and monitoring of store expenses. You will engage, inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding customer service and sales targets

This globally recognised company is looking for a dynamic, passionate Store Manager to inspire their Canberra boutique. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in Retail Management and demonstrated success in working with KPI's and sales targets. A background in luxury accessories is preferred by not essential.

Skills & Experience
  • Offer exceptional customer service in a highly consultative environment with an eye for detail and quality
  • Have consultative Retail Store Management or Boutique experience of at least 2 years
  • Lead a team of 6 to achieve sales targets and drive KPI's
  • Assist with the training, development and succession of your sales team
  • Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
  • Have strong communications and relationship building skills
