We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our team at Clarence Street in Sydney's CBD, NSW.

The role:

The position is full time and the successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality, customers and coaching a team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer service/FOH takeaway food
  • Leading and coaching team
  • Maintaining food safety/safety standards
  • Achieving weekly/monthly budgets
  • Cash and stock control including cost of goods (COGS)
  • Preparing and ensuring rosters are prepared to budget
  • Maintaining the highest guest service standards in your store

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a retail or hospitality Management/Team Leader position
  • Australian full-time working rights
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Leading a team with customers always first
