Peninsula Workwear is a successful retail workwear, safety and promotions business based on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. We are in search of a Sales Assistant super star to join our organisation on a part-time basis as our business expands. This is the perfect opportunity to grow with a great brand and be rewarded for your customer service prowess.
Based in Rye, you will provide first class service in an autonomous, customer focused environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
· Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
· Assisting with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
· Assisting with art work and orders for promotional clothing (embroidery and digital print)
· Managing point-of-sale processes using Retail Express
· Receiving new shipments and managing stock
· Keeping up to date with product information
This is a part-time role working a minimum of 15 hours a week, mostly Monday – Friday with the occasional Saturday morning. Shifts will be between 7.45pm – 5.30pm.
About you
You are an ambitious customer service and sales whiz who is extremely well organised with exceptional attention to detail and thrives on providing outstanding levels of service to everyone you interact with. You are tech savvy (ideally having used Retail Express), love problem solving, have excellent interpersonal skills and pick things up quickly. You enjoy working independently and using your initiative. You are looking for a flexible part-time role where you can contribute to the company’s growth.
