About the role:
This is a diverse role, reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will be looking after incoming and outgoing stock, furniture assembly, administration and walk in customers/ showroom sales. There may even be the occasional delivery. A great role which has you working across many aspects of the business allowing plenty of opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibilities

• Assisting all walk-in customers to find exciting space options for their home office and businesses.
• Maintaining existing client base and exceeding expectations in customer service.
• Work to KPI's and Budgets to continue to grow your portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent Communication skills
• Negotiation skills are second nature to you
• Plan approaches and pitches.
• Identify client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Past experience in high ticket item sales and a flair for design.
• A desire to learn the business for future progression.

• Previous experience in sales and customer service is key.
• Ability to self-manage and work autonomously
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Past experience in a physically demanding role
• Proactive and able to think on your feet
• Positive 'can-do' attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Unrestricted Driver's license
