Job Description
Reporting to the Manager Customer Engagement and Incentives this role coordinates and administers all processes associated with successful roll-out of the new Lotterywest retail image across the retail network, to achieve optimum retail brand representation and quality standards.
The position has the following key focus areas:

- Planning and Prioritising
- Building Stakeholder Relationships
- Service Excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides design and process advice to retailers and coordinates and administers a range of systems, processes and tools to support retailers implementing the retail image at their store according to agreed specifications and to meet quality standards
- Contributes to the development, review and implementation of processes and work instructions to manage the successful implementation of the retail image across the network
- Controls documents and records in accordance with Lotterywest standards
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the services of the team to both internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Builds strong relationships with Lotterywest team members, as well as with retailers and a range of external stakeholders to support the implementation of the retail image across the network
- Other duties as required
There are four temporary Shopfit Implementation Officer positions who will each contribute to the roll-out of the new retail image.
Mandatory/Special Role Requirements
- Police Clearance / Drivers Licence
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in coordinating and administering systems, processes and tools to support the successful implementation of shopfit designs across a diverse retail network
- Demonstrated experience in the development, review and implementation of business processes and procedures
- Demonstrated experience of records management in accordance with set standards
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills including the ability to work independently, flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team, and to negotiate effective business outcomes
