Our client is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Cooktown store who is exceptionally customer focused with the ambition to work within collaboratively to deliver results!

The Role

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be accountable for the store operations, working right under the Store Manager. Not only being a hands-on manager, but you will also be responsible for stock management and leading the team to reach KPI’s throughout the company.

• Is customer focused
• Has previous store or grocery management experience
• Has the capability to lead a team while ensuring KPI’s are met.
