About the role

As the Store Manager, you will be very confident, have an entrepreneurial mindset and operate the business as if it is your own. You will support and lead your team from the front and be a key contributor to sales within the store. You will have a creative flair and an exceptional eye for detail. Your team will be continuously developed and mentored to self improve and set up for success alongside your guidance.

About you:

* An entrepreneurial approach to the business- treat it as if it is your own
* Previous experience Managing a team of at least 5+ team members
* confident in finding opportunity and areas of development within your team
* Be able to work autonomously and take ownership
* Ability to meet, drive and exceed KPI's
* Strong operational management understanding
* Strong communication skills
* Exceptional organisational skills
* The ability to encourage After Sales care
* Be on top of customer inquiries and orders
* Have high attention to detail - high stock volume lots of stock
* Control roster with wage %
