This retailer is on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join their company in Warrnambool! Ideally we seek someone who is a natural people manager and a clear communicator, who inspires the team to action. Your role will include supporting the Store manager to develop, mentor and build your team to be experts in the industry. You will have experience in either leading a team to achieve store and individual budgets, or you will be an over-achiever in a full time role looking for that next big step!

You Will Bring...

* Strong Sales and / or Store Management Experience
* Work alongside a team of 5 + People
* Have a proven sales record working with KPI's and budgets
* Some understanding of wage control, rosters and stock management
* LOVE SELLING and ACHIEVING KPI'S
* Have a passion for styling Jewellery and / or Accessories
* Bright and Vibrant personality
* Hunting for a career, not a just JOB!
