The Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced Store Manager to take charge at the busy Malvern Central Store. This role will see you will lead and inspire your team in a fast paced, customer centric environment.

Daily Tasks & Duties Include

• Taking ownership of all store operations to deliver outstanding results
• Leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Motivating your team to achieve KPI’s and increase gross profits
• Ensure your store is well stocked and merchandised to high standards
• Coach, develop and support your team to grow their retail careers
• Ensuring high safety standards and safe work practices are maintained

The Ideal Candidate:

• A seasoned Store Manager with notable experience
• A proven leader with a strong focus on training, coaching and developing teams
• Experienced in a fast-paced, high volume retail sales environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise with ease
• Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours
• Exceptional customer service skills with proven ability of customer retention
• Experienced in stock control and visual merchandising to guidelines
