The Opportunity

An opportunity has become available to be part of the Store Manager team in our Bendigo Store in VIC. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The sales team reports directly to the Store Manager and holds full accountability for upholding store standards and achieving sales targets. With an important focus on store standards, merchandising and sales, there will be a strong requirement for the successful applicant to ensure the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to, whilst having truck loads of FUN!!!

Store Managers:

Key Responsibilities Include

• Achieving Store Sales Targets, stock integrity and managing costs

• Leading their team by example

• Driving High Motivation Passion and FUN in store

• Ensuring the company’s policies and procedures are fully adhered to

• Onboarding and Ongoing training of team members

• Responsible for ensuring WHS standards are upheld

• Vape product knowledge is desirable but not essential

What we are looking for

An established successful leader with minimum tenure of 3 years of retail management experience. You are required to have strong values, high levels of energy and a commitment to delivering high quality customer service that encourages loyalty. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for learning and are keen to be part of our fun, vibrant and successful teams.

The successful applicant will also have

• A passion for leading and coaching others

• Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment

• A happy, friendly and energetic personality

• Previous management and retail experience

• High Visual Merchandising Standards

• A desire to deliver high quality customer service

• Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a strong eye for detail

• Competent in basic administration tasks

A valid police clearance that has been obtained within the last 3 months is required.

• Monday to Friday
• Public holidays
• Rotating roster
• Weekend

Experience:

• training and developing a team: 3 years (Preferred)
• management: 3 years (Preferred)
• retail sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
• visual merchandising: 2 years (Preferred)
• working towards budgets, targets and KPI's: 3 years (Preferred)
• stock control and loss prevention: 2 years (Preferred)
