The Role

Join Witcheryâs Merchandise team as the Merchandise Buying Assistant, an integral role within the function working across womenâs apparel.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation and management of purchase orders in adherence to the critical path
• Manage data integrity and ensure data is accurate and aligned to the right product category
• Liaise closely with external suppliers
• Assist and ensure merchandise buying range boards information is kept up to date and reflects range planner using Adobe Illustrator
• Run and issue weekly reports for the team
• Manage and prepare RRP review, VM handover, Style File documents
• Assist the Buying & Production Manager with general duties as requested

The Ideal Candidate has

• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Ideally experience having worked within the retail/fashion industry within a similar role
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Experience across Microsoft Office and Adobe suite (Illustrator)
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to liaise and collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally
