That means we have a whole lot of stock to wrangle. That’s exactly where our new Stock Controller steps in! Working closely with the Warehouse and Head Office tribes, your purpose is to ensure the stock is in the right place at the right time. What will our Stock Controller be doing?

  • Review all Transfer orders on a daily basis to ensure T/O’s are sent and received accurately
  • Ensure all teams are following Transfer order process for accurate stock holding
  • Prepare exception reporting for outstanding T/O’s to ensure compliance across business
  • Prepare key business updates on progression of stock accuracy
  • Work across multiple stake holders across the business to ensure accurate inventory target it met
  • Work closely with Logistics, Operations, Wholesale, Production and Planning on stock moves across the business
  • Investigate under / overs in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure all new starters / new stores are trained on system T/O’s
  • Highlight areas for improvement from a process perspective
  • Support Planning team with Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
  • Store visits (or VC) to support operations teams with any system query’s
  • Investigation of stock discrepancies (stores / Warehouses / HO)
  • Assistance with Cyclical and periodic stocktakes
  • Reconciliation and approval of stock adjustments

We are looking for a superstar who is:

  • Analytical and has great attention to detail
  • Confident, approachable and technical
  • A multi tasking guru and can liaise confidently with other tribes
  • Has a good understanding of retail supply chain
  • Knowledge of planning systems, inventory stock management / data WH and RFID is a plus!
