MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting a fantastic part-time permanent opportunity with a well-known Australian insurer, who would love a passionate Customer Service Officer to join their Adelaide CBD based branch. This role will be pivotal to assisting customers with inquiries and providing an outstanding level of service.
Hours are expected as follows:
Monday - 12pm -2pm
Tuesday - Day off
Wednesday - 9am -5pm
Thursday – 10am -3pm
Friday 10am – 3pm
Saturday - Every other (you will be paid overtime for this)
In addition, you may occasionally be asked to work full time from time to time to cover leave.

- Travel and provide on-going and ad-hoc cover at other NSW branches as well as interstate branches on an ad-hoc basis
- Ensuring all insurance claims are processes correctly and in line with company policies
- Cover absence within locate and state-wide branches
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Experience within a face to face customer service role, including retail or fitness
- Experience up-selling
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen attitude towards travelling interstate
- Love assisting customers to the best of your abilities
- Great problem-solving skills
