As the Store Manager, you will be heading up the Mount Isa store with a strong focus on success through your leadership and management operations for the growth in the store. You will assist in being vital to inspiring and leading by example a high achieving team that is knowledgeable and provides customer service that is second-to-none.

The duties you will need to demonstrate are:

  • Giving customers that unbeatable service you live and breathe
  • Supervising successful and inspired teams
  • Selling with a professional edge that gets results
  • Going above & beyond to identify ways to further advance store
  • Partnering with the Assistant Store Manager and team in achieving store KPIs
  • Proactively working alongside the Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and find ways to improve efficiency and service
  • Providing high standards in stock management & shrinkage
  • Effective & trusted communication across the team
  • Using your creative side to merchandise
