About the role

  • Create & Execute short/long-term sales strategies which align with your area & company objectives.
  • Inspire, motivate your team through internal and external reward and recognition programs.
  • Train & develop the staff in your store through various learning platforms, reviews and on-going development plan for succession planning.
  • Achieve unit & revenue goals set out by the company.

You will report directly to your Regional Manager with support systems of the following

  • HR/Recruitment Officer
  • Training Officer
  • Marketing Officer
