We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

Position: Full- time Retail Assistant Store Manager

Location: Brisbane , Redcliffe

Annual Salary: $48,000 - $53,000 + superannuation

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our Team, leading by example to maintain the smooth and efficient running of the front shop with primary focus always being on customer service. Experience is a similar style of food business is necessary as an understanding of food and flavours will be required to perform your role effectively. Early starts from 6am and weekends. We are entirely a retail bakery and do not supply wholesale.

Skills and Experience

Ideally you would have held a similar position previously and be passionate about flavour, correct procedures, quality, and above all, presentation.

  • All customers are to have a positive and wonderful experience in the store. Your role will be to ensure all staff are aware of our expectations and follow this integral rule.
  • Cleanliness and presentation of the store must be of the highest standard at all times - both from a legislative point of view and from a customer enjoyment point of view. The Front Shop manager must oversee this requirement
  • For our store to work we need a strong team who work well together and with the business owners. We want our team to feel a part of our business and we value each staff member’s input. We expect your communication with all team members to be honest and transparent at all times.

  • Retail Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • point of sale (POS) software: 3 years (Preferred)
