This cafe in the inner west is a bustling hive of activity and needs a new Manager that can expertly lead the team to create a highly motivated culture. This space can be quite seasonal during the day with very set peaks and troughs so the ability to be a self-starter and remain pro-active during quieter periods is paramount.

As a skilled Cafe Manager already, you know that no cafe can survive without exceptional coffee so aside from your management skills, you must be not only motivated by coffee & other high quality products but be able to create the perfect cup at pace.

This cafe, with a fully equipped production kitchen on site creates some of the most drool-worthy and instagram famous cakes, pastries & pies. You must be excited by a high quality and premium product and really get behind showcasing the brand.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Cafe management experience
• Small to medium size team management
• Proven success with driving culture and creating a motivating change
• Strong barista skills & a passion for quality
• A love for customers and creating memorable experiences

Salary on offer is $65-67k + super and you will work 5 days a week. There is a lot to love about this role and with the company on an upwards trajectory of growth, you can be assured of a strong career path with the right focus!
