About The Role

As the Store Manager you will need to be hands on in your approach to leading your team and running your store. You will be responsible for achieving store KPIS and sales targets whilst maintaining a high level of visual merchandising with a high volume store. You need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and help your team unload stock deliveries whilst identifying opportunities to grow and develop their skill set.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume sales environment
  • Understanding of running your store like a business
  • A passion for the retail industry, customer service and entertaining!
  • Strong experience in managing budgets and working with KPIS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to manage the performance and development of a team
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all team members
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours
  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising
  • Roster experience and controlling wage spend
  • Bright engaging personality
