The Role

The Online Personal Shopper Team Leader is responsible for delivering a market-leading, highly profitable eCommerce operation which provides exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for creating a customer focused culture delivering key objectives linked to people, compliance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure personal shoppers are fulfilling orders 100%
  • Ensure personal shoppers are substituting products where necessary during pick process
  • Out of stocks escalated to Ecommerce operations/customer fulfilment manager
  • Ensure QA process is followed by ecommerce personal shoppers to ensure all products are substituted where possible.
  • Ensure outbound dispatch is within 15-minute time limit for loading vehicles
  • Ensure any damaged equipment is communicated
  • Liaise I.T support tickets
  • Ensure employees are trained and competent in their jobs by providing training.
  • Ensure store is meeting safety compliance.
  • Ensure store is meeting food safety compliance
  • Development of personal shoppers
  • Identify performance issues
  • Ensure wage budget is achieved by ensuring personal shoppers are following rosters
  • Escalation of issues regarding couriers to Ecommerce operations/ customer fulfilment manager
  • Ensuring all couriers are dispatched in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Competencies required

  • Aligned with HFM values
  • Retail or FMCG experience an advantage
  • Forklift license desirable
