What this job involves:
The Retail Manager is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Retail and Marketing teams and their delivery across the assets they are
responsible for.

The position is senior within the asset management and leadership team, collaborating with the Engineering Operations Services & Finance teams, along with the Commercial team to deliver upon KPI's for the client portfolio.

The role directly oversees functions including the compilation and delivery of business plans, budgets and forecasts, exception reporting, retail lease compliance including all lease associated payments, debt management, retail store liaison, marketing strategy and event execution, regular & accurate client reporting and stakeholder management.

A true retail professional with proven success in Shopping Centre Management your focus will be both strategic and operational, spanning all aspects of Retail Management.
You will have a strong financial acumen, demonstrated communication skills and the ability to deal confidently with Clients, Tenants, Staff, and the broader community. You will have a strategic and commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills both in developing relationships and resolving disputes or problems as they arise.
Naturally, you are results driven; consistently delivering high levels of service and performance to all stakeholders. It is critical that you have leadership qualities to manage and develop staff. Qualifications in property or business disciplines will be highly regarded as well as your proven financial capabilities.
