CULTIVER Product Coordinator


Contract: Full time 

Location: Sydney Head office (St Leonards)

As our Product Coordinator you are passionate about product development.


With a sound understanding of the product life cycle, you ensure the smooth running of the critical path through the whole product cycle from strong and seamless relationship with suppliers, to excellent product knowledge and accuracy in timeline.


By owning a variety of administrative tasks, you ensure calendar deadlines are met and are responsible for reconciling and data analysis for the purposes of production and planning.


Accountable for assisting in all aspects of the daily duties of the product department, you support and report to our Product Lead and are the point of reference for all departments thanks to a strong knowledge of the entire product range and all key details.


As part of our growing and hard-working Product Team you will:


  • Source and outreach new suppliers and products
  • Analyse and prepare reports on competitive supplier pricing
  • Coordinate samples and quotes: liaise with suppliers in relation to sample feedback, chasing samples and any QC details
  • From initial development to product launch, ensure all details are accurate and managed within the critical path timeline to meet critical milestones
  • Assist in the reconciling of sales contracts and invoices from suppliers 
  • Oversee and coordinate the logistics of POs for US 3PL
  • Assist in the reporting and tracking of product performance
  • Ensure all administration supporting SKU and purchase order management is actioned in a timely manner
  • Liaise daily with all departments to ensure clear communication on all product matters
  • Coordinate and execute actions relating to product development, buying plans and critical path-under the direction of the Product Lead
  • Escalate any abnormalities to the Product Lead on a daily basis
  • Ensure categories are meeting timelines
  • Support Product Lead and Merchandise Planner in data management across inventory management systems
  • Complete frequent competitor analysis across all markets 

Our Product Coordinator has a proactive attitude and is a key player in facilitating and maintaining cross-functional operational processes.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as strong administration skills
  • Able to work within a team and manage time efficiently


Not required, but a bonus if you have:

  • Experience dealing with overseas suppliers 
  • Knowledge in Inventory Management System (DEAR)
