We are currently seeking a retail professional to lead the team at our Ayr store.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Previous retail experience in a discount variety store or FMCG environment.

• Common sense, enthusiasm, integrity, and flexibility.

• An outgoing and friendly personality with a can-do attitude.

• Be available to work rostered evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate skills in:

• Leading a small team.

• Exceeding customer expectations.

• Effective time management.
