To be successful in this role you will have had at least some form of experience in retail or hospitality and should genuinely love fashion, a fast paced environment, work well under pressure and have a passion to succeed.

You will need to be energetic, hands on and self motivated; you will be driven by sales achievement and thrive on challenges. Flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster including late night trade is essential.

Duties and responsibilities required to fulfil this role are:

• Possess a willingness to learn and ‘can do’ approach
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and work with large volume of stock, whilst maintaining a high visual merchandise appeal
• Meet sales budgets through balancing both customer service and administrative duties
• Capable of taking responsibility for your results
• Desire to establish a long term career
