Due to on going growth of our very successful retail flooring store in the Hills District an opportunity exists for up to 2 showroom consultants to join our team.
We are looking for energetic, self motivated team members who are exceptional with people first and foremost. Although experience in retail flooring is desirable, these positions would be most suitable for anyone who enjoys dealing with people, and solving customer needs with empathy and understanding, whilst demonstrating outstanding customer service at all times.
Our philosophy is that great customer experience will take care of all sales targets. We pride ourselves, on patience and making sure the customer is delighted with their selection and experience.
Don’t have flooring product knowledge? That will come in time with training and experience, but suitable candidates from customer service fields in homeware, interiors or even travel where a consultation process and eye for detail is involved, will be highly sought after.
Applicants must be well organised, demonstrate the use of basic computer software programs and be able to prepare quotations with accuracy and professional detail.
Must be available to work weekends.
A rewarding and competitive remuneration package will be negotiated depending on the successful applicant’s experience.

Salary: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Experience:
- retail: 1 year (Preferred)
- point of sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)
