The Role:
An opportunity exists for an experienced Store Manager to take charge at the busy Malvern Central Store. This role will see you will lead and inspire your team in a fast paced, customer centric environment.
Daily tasks & duties include:
- Taking ownership of all store operations to deliver outstanding results
- Leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Motivating your team to achieve KPI's and increase gross profits
- Ensure your store is well stocked and merchandised to high standards
- Coach, develop and support your team to grow their retail careers
- Ensuring high safety standards and safe work practices are maintained
- A seasoned Store Manager with notable experience
- A proven leader with a strong focus on training, coaching and developing teams
- Experienced in a fast-paced, high volume retail sales environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise with ease
- Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours
- Exceptional customer service skills with proven ability of customer retention
- Experienced in stock control and visual merchandising to guidelines
