Description
An experienced Manager with a passion for Mobile Phone and Tablet Repair is needed at Australias fastest growing express phone repair specialist store on the Sunshine Coast who have over 1 Million happy customers.
As the Store Manager your duties and attributes will consist of:
• Achieving a Premium standard of Repairs
• Influencing and Advising Customer buying decisions
• Providing incredible customer service while representing the brand
• Having a comprehensive knowledge of all Products, Targets and Services
• Completing all repair paperwork in store
• Punctually arriving to allocated stores
• Achieving results while working autonomously
• Tracking repair levels
• Thoroughly checking inventory
• Maintaining store presentation and Cleaning tasks
• Updating Targets and competitor prices to head office
• have a business development Strategy focus
• Able to work 5+ days a week
• Have sound Communication and Math skills
• High energy and work ethic
