Ready for the next challenge or perhaps a change in scenery? Exciting opportunities for Retail People Leaders to take the next step in their retail journey.
 
The role:

We are currently looking for a passionate retail people manager to join our team in NSW as a Group Manager. If successful, you will oversee 10 stores, across the Sydney Region. You will provide support to the zone and State teams to deliver the company and zone strategy by guiding, coaching, influencing and motivating a team of Store Managers and 1600 team members . You will be an integral part of implementing and creating a group strategy to ensure delivery of the company vision while identifying and developing talent to build a pipeline for the future within the wider zone.

You can create an engaging high performance team culture through brand advocacy, team focus and giving a sense of purpose while connecting team members to the business strategy.

Your Success Profile for this role:

  • Experience in coaching, motivating and inspiring a large team of retail leaders to unleash potential
  • Multi-site experience in a retail environment dealing with large numbers is a must
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Understands change principles and how to connect the team to the vision
  • Financial acumen and ability to interpret, prioritise and make effective decisions based on the financial data
  • Able to think big picture and translate strategy into executable plans

There is a strong travel component for this role that will see you travel to stores across NSW and work some weekends.
