You achieve this by leading operational governance and collaborating with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to create a high performing team, by coaching and empowering others to fulfil operational requirements.

Full -time position
Store Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9.00AM-5.30PM
  • Saturday 9AM-2:00PM

What you’ll do

  • Analyse data and identify trends to provide business intelligence that enables you to pro-actively address risks or leverage new opportunities which increase revenue, reduce costs and drive store profitability through operational excellence
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide support on how to maximise their Telstra products and services to achieve sales targets through outstanding customer service
  • Identify skill gaps in within the team and provide targeted on-going coaching and development initiatives to improve operational capability and compliance standards for the store
  • Provide timely and accurate completion of daily banking and reconciliation processes, and continue to monitor compliance standards through regular auditing to achieve outstanding operational performance
  • Develop strategies to support exceptional compliance standards and highly effective and accurate inventory management practices to minimise fraud, theft or losses
  • Apply expert knowledge of in-store IT systems and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in successfully implementing system and process changes
  • Lead the development and training of team members in IT Systems to support succession contingency planning to ensure the store consistently supported by excellent operational support

About you

  • Previous face to face customer service experience highly desirable
  • Experience leading a team
  • Ability to identify business problems and translate them into solutions to improve the customer experience, productivity, etc
  • Team orientated with strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to achieving the best outcome for our customers
