About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service professional to further their career with a successful FMCG who supports the growth of the independent retailer. This role will work within the Supermarket space where you will be a central point of contact for internal and external customers providing quick support and complaint resolution services that exceed expectations. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced role and flexible to work on a roster basis from 7 am to 7pm Monday to Friday and public holidays if required. Working with a dynamic and diverse team you will thrive in a volume customer driven environment that requires excellent time management skills.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively manage individual claims from notification to closure within required timeframe
- Answer all inbound call types in accordance with the Customer Service Quality Assurance Program
- Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry, covering orders, claims, customer records and information
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service and sales opportunities ensuring a total supply solution
- Work on new initiatives as required by the Customer Service Team leader
