Trend Imports are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist for our online business and manage to Sales Support for our 6 retail websites, which include brands : Superga, Sebago, K-way, Ellesse, Kappa, Nude Lucy Lulu & Rose.
The online role will be dealing direct with the public regarding our online promotions, orders, deliveries, and returns for our brands.
This would involve using and becoming an expert of our internal operating systems, AP21 – Apparel 21 & Gorgias, and include Online Chat , Shopify and outlook
The position is primarily email /chat correspondence, however we do receive inbound calls to our National Customer Service Line and also make a number of outbound calls to our warehouse chasing delivery status and to our National Sales reps.
