From leading large teams to providing exceptional customer service, placing product orders to developing employees, as a ZARA Assistant Manager you get to do everything. You overlook the store in its entirety, which includes all three main pillars of our business: product, process and people management.

Key Responsibilities
Managing and motivating your team in accordance with the companies standards and guidelines
Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
Planning and managing the rosters for your team
Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of new arrivals, best sellers and offering alternatives
Utilizing your industry knowledge about the latest fashion trends to conduct market research in order to deliver feedback to Head Office in Spain
Responding to customer queries and requests; managing and supporting the delivery of customer service within the store in accordance with the companies standards
Engaging with relevant training and development of your team
Taking ownership of your departments budgets and targets and analyzing efficiency to achieve the company’s objective
Skills and Experience
3 or more years management experience in the retail/hospitality sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to drive sales and achieve KPI's for your department
An eye for spotting the latest fashion trends
The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
The ability to motivate and develop a team to be future ZARA leaders
Visual Merchandising experience a plus
