We are on the lookout for a Store Manager to join our YOU + ALL store!
What We Are Looking For
Experienced Store Manager
Hands on and self motivated
A love for all things fashion
Possess a willingness to learn and ‘can do’ approach
Customer service skills that go above and beyond
Passion to exceed sales targets
Work well under pressure
Capable of taking responsibility for your results
Flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster including late night trade
Desire to establish a long term career
What Your Day Will Involve
Ability to organise and maintain large volume of stock, with a high visual merchandise appeal
Meet sales and KPI budgets through balancing both customer service and administrative duties
Prepare and manage staff rosters in-line with sales achievement
Recruit, train and develop teams
Leading your team to provide an exceptional customer experience in-store
Stock and expense control management
