The opportunity

The Quantium Customer Success team is on a mission to delight the thousands of users who rely on our retail products - Education is a key responsibility of this team, with a focus to deliver exceptional on-boarding / bespoke training experiences as well as continuous learning in an efficient and scalable way.

The eLearning Specialist will be responsible for step-changing how we train our users to best use our retail products by developing and managing online training content across our suite of retail products. This will include writing curriculums and building out eLearning so that we can continue to deliver high quality service to our clients as we continue to grow. In addition, during peak product launch periods, this role will provide ad-hoc support to the Customer Success Lead with preparing and delivering virtual or face-to-face training.

A key part of the role is to liaise with our inhouse product development and support teams as well as with users themselves, to identify needs and then develop content that meet these needs. Therefore, communication and stakeholder management are a key part of the day-to-day job.

You have experience producing training content that accelerates user adoption and helps both new and experienced users become . Working in an agile way is second nature to you and you enjoy collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.

We are looking for you to bring the following knowledge, skills and experience to the team:

  • Experience in in learning & development consulting and / or training background
  • 2-3 years relevant work experience in online content creation for training purposes
  • Exceptional instructional design and content creation skills
  • Experience writing training material for online and offline purposes
  • Comfortable delivering technical training to users
  • Experience with e-learning development tools e.g. Adobe Captivate / Articulate Storyline or similar
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound analytical skills – an ability to think critically about processes and data
  • Aptitude for technology and a curiosity to understand how things work
  • Quick learner – ability to learn and upskill quickly on products
