Rental Sales Agent

Our energetic and switched-on Gold Coast Airport crew pumping up to welcome a new Rental Sales Agent to the team, and we won’t give up until we’ve found the very best in the business! Read on to see if you are our next sales superstar!

· Be the professional and friendly face of our company, providing exceptional customer service.

· Proactively identify opportunities to upgrade customers on arrival. Bonus schemes apply!

· Meet and exceed company KPI’s and goals set by management.

· Process car rental bookings and associated paperwork.

· Efficiently inspect vehicles for damage at the beginning and end of the car rental experience.

· Work a flexible, rotating roster, 7 days a week.

. Be a team player and assist in other areas as required.

The following skills and attributes will make you stand out from the crowd:

· Experience in the car rental industry and/or retail environments

· Outstanding customer service and sales skills – both face-to-face and over the phone

· A positive outlook, and a bright and friendly personality

· Impeccable personal presentation and grooming

· A self-motivated attitude and a genuine passion for the tourism industry

· An open manual driver' licence

A Full Time position, is on offer with the successful sales professional receiving comprehensive on-site training, support and ongoing development.

Salary: $23.00 – $50.00 per hour
