Retail Dynamics is a long-established Merchandising Company (22 years), who service Bunnings stores nationwide. We are currently looking for a Casual Merchandiser or an ABN holder.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic self starter to join our dynamic South Australia team who will service our valued customers within the Berri area. In this position you will call on Bunnings Warehouses to merchandise and support our customers range of products in store, while maximising in-store sales opportunities and fostering quality relationships with retail store personnel.

Opportunities may arise in this and other nearby stores for Tactical and relay work.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your responsibilities in this challenging and rewarding position would be:

· Ordering stock as required based on previous sales history and Min/Max levels for the relevant fine line, where Auto Store orders are not in place

· Replenishing stock from Top Stock or Hand Stock as required

· Reporting on gaps and double facing other products where appropriate

· Tidying up the bay to ensure the Client’s products are presented neatly as per BLG (Bay Layout Guides)

· Checking ranged products and reporting out of range products to the appropriate department or team member

· Taking photos of bays as required

· Answering surveys as requested via online reporting software or communicated via email

Qualifications and Skills

To ensure success in this role you will need:

· Experience in Merchandising within Bunnings or similar Hardware/Supermarket retail stores

· Have Bunnings accreditation before commencement

· Exceptional communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills

· Attention to detail, accuracy, trustworthy and logical

· Have a positive and diligent attitude

· Current driver's license, your own reliable vehicle and a mobile phone is essential

This position will suit a well-organised and enthusiastic person, with a high level of energy and the desire to excel in job satisfaction.

The role on offer is only for approx 4 hours per week.
